Submission of Personal Details
Information you provide: You will be asked to provide identifying information about yourself (‘personal data’) including your name and email address when you complete the registration form.
Data Processor: The personal data you submit on the registration form will be processed by, Howsam Limited, Suite 4, 2nd Floor,The West Wing, Montarik House,3 Bedlam Court, Gibraltar GX11 1AA
Purpose of personal data: You are asked to provide personal data so that we can assess your company and business question and contact you in future regarding mentoring and news or offers from Ryan Howsam and answer your questions, if we deem they are relevant.
Lawful basis for data processing: We process your personal data on the basis that it is necessary to process your personal data for the purposes of delivering our service, which you have voluntarily signed up to apply to participate in.
How your personal data will be used: Your personal data will be used to keep on a database of potential companies who may be selected for mentoring and relevant opportunities, both free and paid for, from Howsam Limited, now and in the future. You may be contacted directly using the personal data you provide through our application form.
How long do we keep your personal data: Your personal data will be kept on our database until you advise us that you wish to unsubscribe.
Your responsibilities: You represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate and you will maintain the accuracy of such information (including your email address).
Your rights: You have rights to correct and access your information and to ask for it to be erased in certain circumstances.
Data Protection
Information submitted to the RHMMentoring Service will be processed, stored and shared by in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation EC/2016/679. This information constitutes personal information and will be used for the purposes of administering the mentoring service, and if consent is given at the time of registration your data will also be stored in our commercial mailing list, where we can send you relevant news and offers related to business.

Application for Business Questions
We regret that we cannot offer free advice to every candidate who applies, nor can we reply to every candidate who applies. The selection process for which questions are answered is to be undertaken by Ryan Howsam himself and senior members of his team, their decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No cash alternative is offered.
This offer will be live from 25thMarch 2020 until the 30th of April 2020. The offer is that Ryan Howsam will personally select companies’ questions to answer on his social media forums. He will endeavour to answer as many as possible but will not be able to answer them all.
Companies who are selected may be invited to appear on live video broadcasts with Ryan himself If this happens you or the company participants will be asked to sign a rights waiver and agree to allow the content discussed and images of themselves to be distributed on the Ryan Howsam website and social media channels.
Use of The Business questions service
You may only use this service for lawful purposes. You may not use it:
· for purposes that would breach any applicable local, national or international law or regulation or in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect
· to transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam)
· to knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses or any other harmful programs; for infringements of copyrights, patents or trademarks; for inappropriate sexual conduct; for harassment of other users; or impersonation of any persons for gain or benefit.
Limitation of Liability
The information that Ryan Howsam gives in answering business questions is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we, Howsam Limited and Ryan Howsam expressly exclude: all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity; and any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with the answers Ryan gives, inability to use, or results of the use of it. This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Amendments & Changes
Howsam Limited or Ryan Howsam may revise these terms and conditions at any time.
Termination or Suspension of Use
Howsam Limited will determine, in its discretion, whether there has been a breach of these terms and conditions. When a breach has occurred, wemay take such action as wedeem appropriate, including but not limited to immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the ryan howsam website and mentoring.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Gibraltar.
The Gibraltar courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to this service.
